Special and clean hotel, worth every penny views of the beach. Incredibly attentive staff with buggy service to our swim pool suite. A nice size room, a shower, hair dryers, and a spa bathtub in the room. Lovely restaurant for dinner.

Fairly clean place with very helpful staff members and sea views. Well-equipped room with fairly clean bathroom and warm breakfast.

Here's the real story

The beach was amazing, but the room felt outdated. Breakfast was average and sometimes chaotic, especially with tour groups. Definitely worth visiting for the beach, but management should focus on upkeep and service enhancements.

Extensive breakfast buffet, friendly staff, beautiful and spacious rooms with private terrace, stunning views, shop with the necessary things, restaurants on the beach (including Jasmin....nice and cozy) so you are not dependent on the hotel restaurant. Diving centre just around the corner and two further on the beach.

Prices of the hotel restaurant as well as the wines are quite expensive ! Because you can only reach it by boat, you are dependent on the resort. At high tide it is transport by longtail boat from the ferry, at low tide they pick you up with the tractor and a bucket! For us a nice experience but not comfortable for everyone...

Coral deluxe suite with sea view is wonderfully spacious with a good bed and a beautiful outdoor shower. very friendly staff, nothing is too much to ask. Always friendly, and helpful.2 swimming pools, 1 of which is for adults only.Breakfast was very extensive and tasty. There is a breakfast for everyone from all the continents. Drinks and snacks at the pool are a bit expensive but that's true in any hotel. Top hotel in a beautiful location to relax!

I liked the quietness of the remote location

The location is one of the best in Phi Phi, the beach is beautiful and the water is crystal clear. Sunset bar is a really nice place to go in the evening between 5-7.

Our family loved the beautiful beach and the spacious bungalow with a connecting door for convenience. The free daily stocked minibar was a good touch that made our stay extra special.

3 things: the location, the location and the location. An exquisitely beautiful beach. And a divine level of service from the staff comprised a lovely experience.

The location of the resort, is just outstanding. Excellent service from the friendly hotel staff. It is a great place to just relax with good food, nice drinks and a beautiful view!

1) the environment is really fantastic: jungles, sea and lots of mosquitos - the perfect place to run away from the noisy world 2) the hotel staff was friendly, always smiling, all the requests have been fulfilled timely and professionally

1) quite far away from the pier where all the shops and restraunts are located, not many ways to entertain yourself 2) no TV in the rooms (is not that bad sometimes though)))) 3)

Never experienced such disappointing stay in a 4 stars resort. Worst services ever!

Amazing location. Friendly staff. Despite the size of the hotel, all the public areas were clean. The rooms were nice and well decorated. A TV in the room will be a good idea. It's a great hotel.
